Juventus have held preliminary talks with Antonio Conte about a possible return to Turin, according to Sky Sports.
Following spells with Arezzo, Bari, Atalanta and Siena, Conte spent three years, from the summer of 2011 to the summer of 2014, at Juventus, guiding them to three consecutive Serie A titles. He then spent two years as the Italian national team head coach, before taking over at Chelsea in 2016. He also spent two years at Stamford Bridge and won the 2016/17 Premier League title there. He hasn t worked since receiving his marching orders last summer for missing out on top four, when the London club replaced him with Maurizio Sarri.
As the end of the season approaches, the Italian, who turns 50 this July, has been linked with a possible appointment as the head coach of AS Roma. However, it seems the defending Serie A champions would be very much keen on bringing him back to Turin should they part ways with Massimiliano Allegri.
